What we collect

When you use this site, we may collect: information you submit through forms (name, email, phone, practice details, and the content of your messages); usage and analytics data (pages visited, referral source, device and browser type) via our analytics provider (PostHog); and scheduling information if you book a call with us. If you call or text our front-desk messaging service, that conversation is processed through our automation platform, GoHighLevel (GHL), to route and respond to your message.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, operate and improve this website and our services, and communicate with you about Benchmark Advisors. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

We use PostHog for site analytics, GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM and automated communication, and standard email and hosting infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Text messaging (SMS/MMS) data

If you opt in to receive text messages from Benchmark Advisors or from a medspa practice using our front-desk messaging service, we collect your phone number and the content of that conversation in order to respond to you, schedule or manage appointments, and provide customer service.

No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent status, is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messaging service itself (our SMS/voice platform provider and telecom carriers) or to comply with the law.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing hello@benchmark-advisors.com. See our Terms of Service for full SMS/MMS messaging terms.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@benchmark-advisors.com. You may also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
